I’m making prostate cancer history.
I’m Taking on the Long Run For My Dad Ray. Every Step Is for Him.
In May 2025, I lost my dad, Ray, to metastatic stage 4 prostate cancer. By the time it was found, it was too late.
Every day in Australia, 72 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer. That’s why The Long Run is 72km - one kilometre for each man.
This September, I’ll be walking for dad, for every family facing this disease, and for every dad who deserves more time.
Please donate if you can. Share this page. And encourage the men you love to get checked - it could save a life.
Every step is for dad.
