We’re taking on The Long Run!
This September, our team is taking on The Long Run - 72km for the 72 men diagnosed with prostate cancer every day in Australia.
For us, it is personal. Earlier this year, we lost Ray, a dad, a mate, and someone deeply loved, to metastatic stage 4 prostate cancer.
Ray loved the beach, his family, his late dog Abby, and had a sweet tooth for Clinkers and jelly snakes. He was tough, cheeky, loyal, and not one for fuss, but we know he would be proud to see this team walking in his honour.
We are walking for Ray, for the men still fighting, and for the families who should not have to say goodbye too soon.
