I’m taking on The Long Run

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m taking part in The Long Run.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 79 men newly diagnosed every day.  Personally, it has touched  family, friends and work mates over the years.  It is time.    

My campaign launches 5th Sept when I run laps of Bluff Point, Capricorn Coast. ( https://www.thelongrun.org.au/join/lapthebluff ).  My goal being 79km for the month.  Perhaps getting half way tonight.
