My Long Run!

It was two years ago that I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer. It’s a confronting whack that changes so many things. The love and support of family, friends and health professionals is what makes the battle possible.  🫶

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be part of a clinical trial and so far things are going extremely well. Clinical trials don’t just happen, they are the culmination of years of research and tens of millions of dollars. There are lots of wonderful advances taking place, but more is needed to stop prostate cancer being the biggest cancer killer of men.

I've been shedding the kg's and am ready to smash out the km's in September! Bring it on!!
