My Activity Tracking

My target 72 kms

Hardly an athlete...

I'm very proud to be an ambassador for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, however if I had to run 72km, I'd need medical invention before reaching the first kilometre! In fact, the last time I ran was probably back in 2019, ably captured by the great snapper Daniel Kalisz... As you can see, form and talent simply passed me by! So I'll be walking 72 km, to support the 45 men in Australia diagnosed with prostate cancer each and every day. My dear friends Dick Johnson, Rob Herrod, John Bowe and Neil Crompton once among them. It simply doesn't discriminate. No cancer does. I know times are tough for everyone with lockdowns and so much uncertainty, but if you are able to donate, please know that every bit helps. All donations are tax deductible.

I’m taking on The Long Run!

This September, I’m taking part in The Long Run, albeit as a brisk walk!

I’ve committed to conquering 72km to raise funds and awareness for Aussie men and families fighting prostate cancer.

Please support me by making a tax deductible donation to Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.

Together, we can make sure our fathers, brothers, sons, husbands and mates will be there for the long run.

I've just lost my dad to a 20 year battle with prostate cancer. In the later years he took up my passion and sat and watched the V8’s with me, and he was there for the resurgence and domination of my beloved DJR. Keep up the good work Ryan.
