I’m making prostate cancer history.
10km's a day for 72 days. I’m taking on The Long Run
At the beginning of this year aged 52, I was diagnosed with aggressive Prostate Cancer. Having had my prostate removed and a period of rehabilitation, I am hopeful that I will be able to live a long and normal life.
I am going to run 10 kilometres a day for the next 72 days, starting September 1st. This is to acknowledge the 72 men who each day are diagnosed with Prostate Cancer.
