This year, I'm trading in my October frocks to walk in September, fueled by a powerful mission to raise funds for prostate cancer research. My father, Phillip Hay, was diagnosed in 2022 with prostate cancer that has bravely battled its also has metastasis in his bladder, lymph nodes, and bones. Despite the challenges, his spirit remains unbroken, and I'm honored to walk for him. Instead of donning fancy dresses, I'll be pushing the pram and walking the dog, using my steps to make a difference.
