I’m taking on The Long Run!

This September, I’m taking part in The Long Run.

I’ve committed to conquering 72KMs to raise funds and awareness for Aussie men and families fighting prostate cancer.

Please support me by making a tax deductible donation to Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.

Together, we can make sure our fathers, brothers, sons, husbands and mates will be there for the long run.

Thursday 1st Oct
Day 30 - the Iconic Byron Light House Walk
Today we did the light house Walk 4.77km loop.
Great Day Surfers in the water and lost of Whales to see.
Finished of with a great breakfast at Suffolk Park.

Just like to say thanks to everyone who supported me - we raised over a $1000, and thanks to all those who joined in the challenge also.

Very prod of the kids for getting involved and logging their k's each day.

Saturday's Walk

Saturday 12th Sep
Today had a great walk The Gap Road Loop
13.8km in 2:45. Really enjobale and some good Hills to climb.

Fathers Day

Saturday 12th Sep
Unfortunaetly Fathers Day was a wet and rainy day so only managed to my 4km walking the dog. Had a great day otherwise

Yay - must be contagious this walking.

Linda, Jasper (dog) and I did the Gap Road walk 3 ks up the hill and 3ks back down - great scenery and gets the heart pumping.
