I’m making prostate cancer history.

Day 1

4.2ks down and 211.8 to go. It was good to get some ks on the board on day one :)

I'm training for a trail event next month so I will be going easier during the week and getting in a nice big run on the weekends.

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day.
