Increasing my goalI've decided to really challenge myself here and go for 240 km for the month. I won't log any of my weights work or yoga only riding and walking. My target is for 10km a day x 6 days a week.

This September, I’m taking part in The Long Run.
I’ve committed to conquering 72km to raise funds and awareness for Aussie men and families fighting prostate cancer.
