This September, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.

I've set myself an extra goal to beat last year's personal result of completing 100kms in the month.
This year I'm going to be giving it my everything to beat 120kms for the month of September.

I am also aiming to beat my fundraising goal from last year.
