I’m taking on The Long Run!
This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.
Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day.
I was diagnosed in September 2024 and had surgery in December 2024. I’m well on the road to recovery, thanks to all the talented people including doctors, nurses and urology experts who got me through. As well as my beautiful wife and loving family - sons, brothers, cousins and in laws!
Importantly, I’d also like to mention my amazing owners, teammates and friends at WAU who have supported, encouraged and energized a bloke battling to get back to full health - all without hesitation!!
