I’m making prostate cancer history.
I’m taking on The Long Run for My Dad
This September, I’m taking on The Long Run for my Dad, Colin and for every family like ours.
My dad was recently diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. If you know him, you know he’s never been one to slow down. He’s hardworking, sharp, stubborn in the best way, and full of quiet strength. Cancer isn’t going to change that.
I’m also taking on The Long Run for my Uncle Malcolm, one of my favourite people, who is a survivor. Prostate cancer has touched our family more than once—and it’s a cause that now means more to us than ever.
In Australia, 72 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every single day. That’s 72 families facing something they never expected. But there’s hope—because there’s research, and there’s support.
I’m taking part in The Long Run to raise funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. They invest in lifesaving research and provide vital support to families navigating this disease.
If you can, please donate. If not, please share this or talk to the men in your life. Awareness saves lives, and every bit counts.
This is for my dad. For my uncle. For your dad, your brother, your friend.
Let’s help make prostate cancer history.
💙 Thank you for your support.
