We're helping make love go the distance.
We’re taking on The Long Run!
This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.
Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day.
Will you donate today to raise funds for Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and help end the pain of prostate cancer? Together, we can make prostate cancer history.
Thank you! 💙🙏

I had a radical prostatectomy on 21/8/21 and did The Long Run the next month, at my own pace and carefully (there are no restrictions to how you do the long run). The higher cause empowered me and lifted my spirits. Raising awareness and funds ( every little bit counts ) spurred me on. I felt so much better at the end of the month, that I promised myself that I would do The Long Run every year for the rest of my life. Exercise is so important for our wellbeing and what better way to create awareness for the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia. Sadly Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia doesn’t receive the same level of funding and awareness of other Cancer organisations in Australia.
