I am running as a survivor
i'm giving it all i've got
Day 1I had the plan of a 33km hike. Adelaide’s sea to summit. From Seacliff beach to Mt Lofty.
Run, Wilbur, Run
This September, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.
In 2022, I'm stepping it up. Running 330km total, an average of 11km a day.
Each and every day, 66 men are told: 'You have Prostate Cancer.'
A couple of years ago, I was one of them. Advanded Aggressive Prostate Cancer that has spread into the bones of my hip joint and lymph nodes.
We are fathers, husbands, boyfriends, grandfathers, brothers, friends and colleagues.
The diagnosis and treatments can have wide and varied impacts on men and their families.
Medical science has had a tremendous impact on saving and making lives better, but we know there are even better days ahead.
Please donate today and help us end the pain of prostate cancer.
Together, we can make prostate cancer history.
