I’m making prostate cancer history.

72km passed

It’s Week 4 and I have just gone past the 72km target. Still a few more days in the month, so I will add to the tally.
Great exercise, great cause, so let’s keep going and make prostate cancer a curable or a removable disease with early diagnosis. But more importantly a toolkit of medical options!

Week 2 is almost finished

Week 2 is almost finished and I am achieving my proposed weekly schedule on my way to 72km.
Still feeling good and doing many different paths to reach my daily schedule but also maintain my overall goal. 
Thank you for my supporters as we raise funds to help stamp out prostate cancer. We are also raising awareness for many others.
So, get a regular blood test for PSA levels! Don’t wait till it’s too late. This thing comes “Out of the Shadows”!
A small commitment of walking for this morning is easy to stamp this cancer out.

We are off and on The Long Run!
Day 1 in the drizzle and I have completed 6.25 km of my 72 km.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day.
