Day 4
Coolum to Marcoola 6.35 k’s, a bit of uphill and through the bush to get back on to the beach below point Arkwright. Nothing beats running along the surf line dodging the breakers. Rehydrating at the Marcoola surf club at the finish. Thanks to Sean for a ride back to Coolum👍and a huge thanks for all sponsors donations to date🙏🏻Day 3
Started where I finished yesterday at Peregian Beach. A swift 5.63 k’s to Coolum surf club dodging the many off leash dogs, great to see though. Another stunning day, many thanks to all sponsors.Day 2
Started at Sunshine beach where I finished yesterday. Barefoot along the beach with the sound of the South Pacific Ocean to Perigean Beach, 9 k’s had Strava finger trouble which paused halfway (honest🤦🏻♂️). Had pancakes and caught the bus back to Sunshine, awesome run, many thanks to all sponsors🙏🏻Day 1
Absolute stunning first day of spring to start the challenge. Plenty of foot traffic to dodge through the national park, nearly went for a swim at Alexandria bay. My buddy Sean met me at Sunshine beach and gave me a ride back to the Spit, thanks mate. Many thanks to all sponsors thus far 🙏🏻😎The Start
My personal challenge is to run the length of the Sunshine Coast from Noosa to Caloundra in stages, I will confirm the actual distance when completed. I will be starting from Noosa Spit on Tuesday 1st Sep @ 09:00 planning to run through the national park to Sunshine beach surf club. I will be running one way South down the coast as close as possible along the beach and coastal pathways. Getting the bus and rides from mates back to the start each day.A hearty thank you to all sponsors.I’m taking on The Long Run
