I’m taking on The Long Run

On April 11th 2023 my heart was broken into a million tiny little pieces when my dear husband at such an early age of 49yrs lost his battle to a rare prostate cancer called Urachal Carcinoma. 

This cancer was very fast and invasive but my husband remained so strong throughout depending on his faith and love for God and loved ones around him. He was my best friend and a man I truly loved, appreciated and respected for all his hard work, dedication and the utmost love he had for myself and our boys.  

This September, I’m helping love go the distance by taking part in The Long Run.
