I’m taking on The Long Run
This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run. Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day.
Great start so far after day 1 with donations so I’ve doubled my Km’s to 400 in the month, aiming to average less than 2min/kms…. Not an easy task but well worth the pain
I’ve committed to conquering 400 kilometres on the “Bike Erg” this September to raise funds for Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia (PCFA).
Might sound easy but works out at 20km/day – 5 days a week on a stationary resistance spin bike at full pelt in my gym at Renouf Personal Fitness, Padbury. Adsy and Chris will be the proof of work done as well as posts and photos below on my donation page😊
