I’m making prostate cancer history.

Almost there!

With just today to go, I’ve done over 220 kms for the month, and over 330,000 steps.
My fundraising has been good, but I’m just short of the target.

An update

I’m on target with a week to go. I’ve done 171 km so far, 244,000 steps for the month. Tomorrow is a good day if you’re considering a donation, as each dollar donated will be doubled by a sponsor. If you are thinking of a donation, please make it tomorrow as it’s worth twice as much. Thousands of guys will thank you! Cheers.

Halfway

Almost halfway, and I’m on target. A couple of days off for heart surgery and then back into it.
I’ve recently met more guys with the problem. Thanks to all those who have donated, and if any of you are able you are more than welcome!

My progress update

After 9 days I’ve walked 113,794 steps and 76.6 km, so I’m on target.I’m on track to achieve my target distance.

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.
