I’m making prostate cancer history.
I’m taking on The Long Run- for you dad!
This September, I'm doing something that really matters to me- I'm taking part in 'The long Run'- for Prostate Cancer awareness month.
Every single day, 72 men and their families hear the words "You have Prostate Cancer". 4 words that change a persons life, 4 words no one should ever have to hear. My dad, Paul, heard those 4 words last year, and our lives changed in that instant.
I'm on a mission to raise money so that men, their families, and friends, wont ever have to hear those words again.
That's why I'm lacing up my runners and hitting the pavement for 72km- not just for dad, but for every person and family affected by it.
Every dollar I raise through this challenge goes directly to the Prostate Cancer foundation of Australia to fund life-saving research, support services and awareness.
