I’m taking on The Long Run for me, Bob, Gordon’s memory and every other bloke in this dog fight or yet to face it.

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run. My goal is to run and ride a total of 500km in September  It will be a challenge as so far in July I haven’t even done 50km  

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day.
