I’m taking on The Long Run
September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 5 men during their lifetime and given the nature of the building and construction industry where many of us are men or work closely with men, it's a cause that hits close to home.
To help raise awareness and support research I’ve signed up for “The Long Run” a challenge to run over 100km throughout September. My goal is to raise as much money as possible for prostate cancer research and make a meaningful impact.
