I’m taking on The Long Run
Honestly I had never given prostate cancer a thought until my Dad, Red called to tell me he had it. Thankfully, Red had his prostate removed in Jan 25 and is now cancer free 🙏
I find the 72 men a day stat really alarming. And 72 kms run in a month a good stretch goal for myself. Let's raise awareness and a bit of cash (if you can) to do something about prostate cancer.
This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.
Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day.
