What a day !
Today 14/9/23 has been one of the best days ( in the top 30) of my 61 years so far.
I won’t bore you with all the health dramas I’ve had over the years because they don’t matter…The only thing that matters is the choice we make NOW … to move forward … or not.
It is that simple 😊💙✊
There is always hope !
💙Today I played golf for the first time in a long time, on a beautifully groomed course.
💙Met some awesome men.
💙Had a fantastic lunch.
💙Video called my Mum.
💙Hugged my wife and son.
💙Messaged the rest of my family.
💙Cycled 11 km for the long run.
💙Enjoyed connecting to this beautiful land we live in on this beautiful Spring day.
💙And will soon enjoy a wonderful dinner with my wife.
💙 How grateful I am.

This is my 2nd Long Run after being tested, scanned, biopsied, diagnosed and operated on for prostate cancer, all within 1 week in August 2021.Can’t wait 😊💙✊
Another year has flown by and we have been asked to sign up for The Long Run. Luckily for me my hormone therapy finally finishes on 4/8/23 yee ha ! 🥳🕺Time to step up training… 🚴♂️ flying with purpose 💙 flying with passion 😊 flying with power ✊I’m taking on The Long Run
