The reason why

So this one is a bit close to home. 
I have had a close mate affected very recently. Not a topic that men really want to talk about. But with approval from Adam he has just been through prostate cancer removal and treatment. 

The long story short, it is a very nervous wait to see if they have gotten it all (and still waiting for the final clearance). With this though unfortunately, it has changed things for him for the rest of his life. AND he’s only early 40’s (so get checked)

So in the support of Macca. I have joined The Long Run fundraiser, to walk or run 72km in the month of September.
