I’m making prostate cancer history.
I’m taking on The Long Run

Hey everyone,
As many of you know, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year. I am happy to share that I am now 8 weeks post surgery and feeling great, eight weeks cancer free! 😁
As part of my recovery and to rebuild my strength, I’m getting involved in Prostate Cancer Awareness Month with an event called The Big Run. The goal of this event is to cover 72km through running, walking, or riding. Since 72km is a bit of a warm-up for me, I’m aiming to push myself further by covering 5 times the distance, 360km on my bike and running with my training partner Marley (my dog).
Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men being diagnosed every day. Chances are, you might know someone, be it a granddad, father, brother, husband, boyfriend, friend, or colleague; who has faced this challenge. I’m hoping you might consider supporting me by donating to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. Your contribution will help fund crucial research and support to end the pain of prostate cancer.
Thank you all for the incredible support you’ve shown me throughout this journey. Together, let’s make prostate cancer a thing of the past.
