I’m making prostate cancer history.

My long run (walk) update

Hi All,
Thanks so much to the fab family and friends that have supported, encouraged and sponsored me in my pursuit to raise money in support of Prostate Cancer awareness and research.
I have walked 21 km in the first 3 days and need a break today as I am so damn sore in areas that I have not been sore in for a loooong time.
I’m going to smash my goal of 100km for the month of September and may even get to 150km. No promises though. The 21 km to date has given me plenty of time to think of big Brother and remember how tough he was throughout his hardest times.

I’m taking on The Long Run

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 79 men newly diagnosed every day.
