Another Long Run

It's two years since I last did the PCFA Long Run. Time to go again ... 72kms in a month is nothing compared to what Alan and so many other men have gone through in their battles with prostate cancer ... I'm doing just a small thing to support the Prostate Cancer Foundation whose work helps to keep our men with us for the long run.

This September, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 66 men newly diagnosed every day.
