I am walking for my own health and supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia

I enjoy walking in natural surroundings whether it be in Australia or elsewhere. This hobby keeps me fit, healthy and in good spirits.

Committing to this project which is for me the fourth time keeps me motivated and a good opportunity to keep in touch with my supporters. 

As well, I have become aware of friends who have have been affected by prostate cancer. Resources and new treatments have saved their lives. So I want to extend these opportunities to others. 

I am grateful to those friends who have donated. This too has encouraged me to keep going and fit the walks in when I can.

If anyone else wants to donate I would urge them to do so. Donating to the prostate fund prevents people going permanently prostrate.
