This September I’m taking on The Long Run—72km in a month—to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer.

Unfortunately there are too many of us that have a loved one that has been diagnosed. I’m running to support them, and all the other dads, brothers, uncles, sons and mates facing this disease.
