I’m taking on The Long Run

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.

I've experienced first hand how the big C impacts lives.  Early detection is so important for this rollercoaster, soul squeezing road.  Even if you fellas aren't experiencing ANY symptoms, get your bloods checked, ask for a PSA test to be included.. Prostate Cancer is affecting men younger then ever before. 

I'm thankful we were able to have Craig diagnosed early (no symptoms, purely by chance). 

What we have found instrumental, is the support that this foundation gives men and families and I am so happy to donate to a worthy cause.. but no pressure, I just want the awareness to be out there.
