I’m making prostate cancer history.

So 9/31 days elapsed;
31 / 100km run;
I gave blood today to make it slightly harder on myself;
So my distance is slightly outpacing my duration.


The rules - updated

So the intention was from 1/9 - 30/9 i would run 100 kms. Turns out i can start right now, so im aiming for 100 kms by the 8/9 as i linked Garmin on 9/8!

I’m taking on The Long Run

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 79 men newly diagnosed every day.
