We're making prostate cancer history

Fatboyz Walk

Four of us meet early Saturday morning and walked about 8km for the cause.  Coffee was involved.

It has started today. Put your sneakers on and step out.  Aim to record at least 4,500 steps today.  Good luck Team!

Get Ready for the long walk

Hi Fatboyz
Next Tuesday is the first of September and the date which starts the beginning of the 73lkm walk in the month of September.  I have calculated that if you walk an average of 4,500 steps a day for each day of September, you will achieve 73 +km by the end of September.  So get your sneakers ready, convince your partner, friend or your dog to walk with you and post your activity via Stava or manual logging on your dashboard page.

The Long Run for Prostate Cancer

Congratulations to all who have signed up to the long run for prostate cancer,  joined Team Fatboyz and commited to walking 75km in the month of September.

We are in it together

I have taken up the challenge of "the long run" for fund raising for prostrate cancer.  I have joined for 2 reasons.
1.  to increase the awareness of prostate cancer and the importance of getting tested annually.
2.  for those affected, to them they are not alone and be part of a community.

We’re taking on The Long Run!

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 79 men newly diagnosed every day.

Will you donate today to raise funds for Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and help end the pain of prostate cancer? Together, we can make prostate cancer history.
