I’m taking on The Long Run

This September, for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I'm taking part in The Long Run. I'm running in memory of my father David Williams, who fought prostate cancer for 9 years before he passed away on 5 August 2022.

Prostate cancer is Australia's leading cancer diagnosis, with 79 men newly diagnosed every day. I watched what this disease did to my dad and our family, and I'm running so fewer families have to go through it.
